More options, and a warning for each option that is not read

smalldocs now gives a warning for each key of the config that it does not read. It checks the keys inside the navbar, the sidebar and a listing too. In front matter, it gives a warning only for an option of Quarto that it does not read, so your own keys are fine. The options that run code, such as jupyter and freeze, give a warning that says smalldocs runs no code. With smalldocs render --strict, a warning makes the exit code 1. See Options that smalldocs does not read.

A site that uses none of the new options builds as before.
